- In-home consultations: We meet up with you and gather information on the project. We carefully listen to your thoughts and ideas in order to formulate a design plan that captures your vision.
- We will provide a 3-d design of the project: This helps the client see and add to the project. It also gives a detailed estimate of the cost and timeline of the project.
- Second consultation: we will sit down and discus the project with the home owner to ensure all aspects are covered and thoroughly understood in regard to materials, fixtures, and ant other details.
- All permits are filed to ensure all laws are followed. The project must be executes per state and city code.
- Demolition: Our team will remove any old sinks, showers, tubs, cabinets, flooring, etc. The space will become ready for new construction.
- Construction: All fixtures, tubs, doors, cabinets and storage areas will be completed. Plumbing, wiring , insulation, sealing, flooring, etc. will be done as laid out in the project list. Painting, finishing and any last minute details will be done, the project will be checked. We ensure the original design list will be careful checked for details and that none will be left out.
- Completions: A final check and operation of all appliances, features and fixtures will be tested and a final clean up of the work area is done.
- Inspection:the client will inspect the remodeling job and make sure everything was done as promised. The job is only finished when the homeowner is satisfied and happy with the completed project.
