At Bold Zone Solutions we will help you build your commercial spaces. You can either build from scratch or choose from one of our preexisting floor plans. When building a custom home, you can pick characteristics such as the amount of bedrooms, square feet, and even the set up of your home. You can even select from one of our well thought-out home plans and customize in to your desires. If you have a preferred architect we are more than happy to work together to carry out the project. The first step to any new project is a consultation. Bold Zone Solutions offers every client a free consultation when working on a new project. After evaluating your lot we will either chose the template that works best for you or create a new custom plan. We will find a price and look that will satisfy your needs. After meeting to finalize the building process and completion date, you can sit back and relax. With our heavily experienced construction team on the job we can guarantee a job well done.

Bold Zone Solutions offers a variety of contracting methods in an attempt to find a flexible solution for everyone of our clients. we have never been given a job we couldn’t complete.

Single Prime Contract: this is the traditional form of contracting, where the project owner works with an architectural firm and then sends the design to a contractor (in this case Bold Zone Solutions) to carry out the project according to the specifications of the original plan.
Design/Build Contract: this is when the owner contracts with one company (Bold Zone Solutions) to complete the project from start to finish. With this contract Bold Zone Solutions will put together a team of professionals- this includes designers, architects, engineers and contractors that will take the project from design to complete construction. Our team will work closely with our clients to satisfy the owners needs within a predetermined budget.
Turnkey: this is similar to the design/build contract but in addition to managing the construction design team Bold Zone will also manage the financing and land. Under this contract Bold Zone Solutions is obligated to complete a project according to pre-specified criteria but with expanded responsibilities. This offers the client a fixed price from the time the contract is signed.
